AtoZ QC Checker Tool

ATOZ QC CHECKER TOOLis a quality checker tool which is very helpful for the correction of data-entry or converted text. And it was developed and designed as a user-friendly application for achieving 100% accuracy by checking errors and mistakes.ATOZ QC CHECKER TOOL also have a feature of comparing the image line and text lines one after another line-by-linerespectively. ATOZ QC CHECKER TOOLdoesn't correct the mistakes itself; it just shows you errors with highlighted red colour mark by comparing image line and text lines, we need to identify them and correct as per the image.

HOW IT WORKS

• Step-1. OpenATOZ QC CHECKER TOOL on your system
• Step-2. Click on selectimagefolderthen select the image file where it is located. Click on select textfolder then select the text folder where it is located, before uploading folders we need to create image folder (all imagefiles) and text folder (all text files) folders separately.
• Step-3. now click on "click to load images" to get page numbers
• Step-4. Select the Page number to open the image and text lines in that page.
• Step-5. Now u can able to see image line and text line respectively can also change the alignment of image and text lines by using "ALIGN IMAGE" menu. You can also auto size option to get fixed alignment.
• Step-6. when u select the option "AUTO SPELLING" it highlighted the error text with red color. Now you can edit those error text with exact text with the help of image line.
• Step-7. It also has options like insert line and remove line. With the help of these options, you can insert a selected line or remove a selected line.
• Step-8. After completion of errors checking and editing process you can save the page by clicking "SAVE DOCUMENT"in the menu list.

• It has feature that you can adjust the distance between the image and text lines and the Font Name and Font Size of the displayed text.
